FLAT SAC Fee Schedule
**Larger Roster Additional Fee** High School Teams with more than 75 runners and Middle School / Club teams with more than 55 runners, an additional fee of $4 per runner above the maximum HS and MS/C fees listed below. Sacramento County now charges us a $3 “per runner” fee. They will not waive or reduce the fee. The timing chip is $1. Those fees are hard costs on top of other expenses related to hosting a meet. The additional fee of $4 for each runner over 75 (HS) and 55 (MS/C) is needed to cover those hard expenses.

Fee Schedule
Minimum per any team (high school, middle school, club) $30.00
Per Individual Athlete (4 or fewer runners in one race) $15.00
Middle School / Club Teams
5 or more runners in one race $125.00
Maximum per Middle School / Club $250.00
Additional fee if you roster more than 55 $4 per runner above maximum
High School Team
5 or more runners in one race $125.00
Maximum per High School $400.00
Additional fee if you roster more than 75 $4 per runner above maximum
EXAMPLES
2 Teams (5 or more in each race): 2 x $125 = $250
2 MS / C Teams and 65 total registered runners: $250 + $40 = $290
2 High School Teams and 4 runners in other races: $250 + $16 = $265
10 runners, less than 5 in any race: 10 x $15 = $150
4 High School Teams (5 or more in each race): $400
6 High School Teams (5 or more in each race): $400
6 High School Teams and 80 total registered runners: $400 + $20 = $420

Meet fees are based on registered runners at the close of registration, not who shows up.

Payment must be received on or before race day.
If we have not received a check you put in the mail by race day then you will need to write a check on race day. That check will be held as collateral for two weeks. If the original check is received than the collateral check will be shredded. If no payment is received in two weeks from the race than the collateral check will be deposited.
