**Larger Roster Additional Fee** 

Sacramento County charges a “per runner” fee. High School Teams with more than 75 runners and Middle School / Club teams with more than 55 runners, an additional fee of $4 per runner above the maximum fees listed below will be added. Ask if you have questions.

Please be prepared to pay your registration fee no later than race morning. 

 

The “no show” fee is $200 or the invoiced amount based on registered athletes, whichever is greater. Cancellation after the registration deadline is considered a no show. Delete the meet from your Athletic.net calendar to properly cancel. Removing athletes or not registering them does not remove your team from the meet. Credit will not be applied to future meets.

MAKE SURE YOUR ROSTER IS ACCURATE 

 

PAYMENT 

Teams are responsible for the full registration fee at the registration deadline. The fee is based on registered runners at the registration deadline, not who shows up race morning. Cancellation after the registration deadline will result in a no show fee. Teams who do not show are responsible for paying the full invoice amount or $200, which ever is greater. Registration will not be confirmed for future meets until payment is received.

Bring a check to the registration table the day of the race or mail in advance to:

Payment must be received on or before race day. If we have not received a check you put in the mail by race day then you will need to write a check on race day. That check will be held as collateral for two weeks. If the original check is received than the collateral check will be shredded. If no payment is received in two weeks from the race than the collateral check will be deposited.
